This is the first expansion from Comic Images for their CCG based on the WWF, and it's not difficult to see why it's called "Fully Loaded" as that's exactly what this 150 card set is. With 6 new wrestlers available in sealed decks, and 3 more available in boosters this brings the roster of wrestlers available up to 16.
The 6 new wrestlers available in decks are Rikishi, Chyna, Tazz, Chris Beniot, Kurt Angle and Eddie Guerro with Road Dogg, X-Pac and BA Billy Gun being available in booster packs. Each of the new decks have three foils that are exclusive to their deck, and two Ultra Rare foils available in booster packs, whereas the three wrestlers available in the booster packs have one Ultra Rare foil in the boosters and five exclusive rare cards unique to that wrestler. There is also one new Ultra Rare foil for each of the wrestlers from the Premier set, bringing the total of new Ultra Rare foils to 21, but don't despair as in their wisdom Comic Images have made them easier to find, i.e. 1:12 packs instead of the previous 1:18 packs.

There are a lot of powerful cards in this set that will shake up the tournament scene dramatically, making the biggest problem being which wrestler to choose. The most popular to date seem to be Kurt Angle, Tazz, Stone Cold, Chyna, and the Rock. Personally I would choose Kane, as there are some great cards here to compliment his Superstar Ability, but then so do the others. Many think Chyna's deck is far too strong, but look carefully at her and with the proper planning she won't deter you. Rumour has it that this set also contains what has been nicknamed "God" packs, which are 12 card booster packs containing all Ultra Rare foil cards, yes that's right, 12 Ultra Rare foil cards in one pack!
